One hundred years ago, three teams of architects have responded to the utopia of merging the municipal administration with the building, social and economic centre - a utopia that was only partially realised - with three different strategies, but with the same goal: to create well-designed work spaces for modern, team-oriented and citizen-oriented administration and to exploit the potential of historical buildings.
